Flourish Excel

Initial Setup:

1. Preparation:

   • Shake Well: Before using Seachem Flourish Excel, shake the bottle well to ensure the ingredients are evenly mixed.

2. Calculate Dosage:

   • Determine Volume: Calculate the volume of water in your aquarium. On initial use or after a major (> 40%) water change, use 1 capful (5 mL) for every 40 liters (10 US gallons) of water.

3. Application:

   • Add to Aquarium: Pour the calculated dose of Seachem Flourish Excel directly into the aquarium. For smaller doses, note that each cap thread is approximately 1 mL.
   • Frequency: After the initial dose, use 1 capful (5 mL) for every 200 liters (50 US gallons) daily or every other day.

4. Initial Dosing:

   • New Tank Setup: Add Seachem Flourish Excel to the aquarium when setting up a new tank to provide an immediate source of carbon for plants.

Maintenance:

1. Regular Dosing:

   • Frequency: Continue to dose Seachem Flourish Excel daily or every other day to maintain optimal carbon levels for your plants.
   • Mixing: Shake the bottle well before each use to ensure even distribution of nutrients.

2. Water Changes:

   • Routine Maintenance: Perform regular water changes to maintain water quality. During water changes, continue to dose Seachem Flourish Excel to replenish any carbon lost.
   • Dosage: Use the standard dosage of 1 capful (5 mL) for every 200 liters (50 US gallons) of water.

3. Monitoring:

   • Plant Health: Regularly observe your plants for signs of carbon deficiencies, such as yellowing leaves or stunted growth. Adjust the dosage of Seachem Flourish Excel as needed based on plant health and growth.
   • Water Testing: Test your aquarium water for nutrient levels to ensure that they remain within the optimal range for plant growth.

4. Storage:

   • Keep Seachem Flourish Excel in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the cap is tightly closed to prevent contamination.

1. Can Flourish Excel be used with CO2 injection?
   Yes, Flourish Excel can be used alone or in conjunction with CO2 injection for enhanced plant growth.

2. Is Flourish Excel safe for shrimp and other invertebrates?
   Yes, Flourish Excel is safe for all aquarium inhabitants, including shrimp and other invertebrates.

3. How often should I dose Flourish Excel?
   Dose daily or every other day, depending on the needs of your plants and the conditions of your aquarium.

4. Available Sizes?
   100ml, 250ml & 500ml

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
