Initial Setup

1. Shake Well: Always shake the bottle well before use.
2. Turn Off UV/Ozone: Ensure that UV sterilizers and ozone reactors are turned off during the dosing period.
3. First Day: Use 1 capful (5 mL) for each 40 L (10 US gallons) of aquarium water.
4. Next 7 Days: Use 1 capful for each 80 L (20 US gallons) daily for the next 7 days.
5. Introduce Fish: Fish and other aquatic species can be introduced at any time as long as the dosage is maintained for the first 7 days.

Maintenance

1. Monthly Dosing: For optimal biofilter performance, use 1 capful for each 80 L (20 US gallons) once a month.
2. Water Changes: Dose 1 capful for each 80 L (20 US gallons) with each water change.
3. New Fish or Medication: Dose 1 capful for each 80 L (20 US gallons) whenever introducing new fish or medicating the aquarium.

Additional Tips

• Emergency Ammonia Control: For emergency ammonia control, use Seachem AmGuard.
• Biological Filtration: Stability works best when used in conjunction with biological filtration media such as Seachem Matrix.

1. How long should I turn off my UV filter or ozone when dosing Stability?
   Turn off UV/ozone for the 7 days you are dosing if cycling, or for at least 24 hours if adding new fish or during water changes.
2. How quickly do the bacteria in Stability find a home to attach themselves?
   The bacteria should find a suitable home within 24 hours.
3. Can I use Stability to handle an increased bioload after adding many fish at once?
   Yes, Stability will help remove ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate resulting from the increased bioload.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
